Return & Refund Policy

At HobbyWhorder, we work with multiple production and fulfillment partners to bring together a unique collection of creative goods for makers, collectors, and hobby enthusiasts.

Print-on-Demand Items

Many of our apparel and select products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because these items are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hobbywhorder@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request. If approved, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Other Merchandise

Some items in our store are fulfilled by trusted supplier partners and may have different return eligibility depending on the manufacturer or supplier.

When returns are accepted, requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless a different return period is stated on the product page.

Refunds

Once a return or claim has been approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
